Rhonda Reger is the Nestle USA Endowed Professor of Business Administration at the Haslam College of Business. She is also the Executive Director of I-Corps Tennessee, a division of I-Corps South, providing entrepreneurship training to technology entrepreneurs and instructors throughout the state. Reger has taught strategic management and entrepreneurship courses at the undergraduate and graduate level since her arrival at the University of Tennessee in 2013. She has won numerous awards for teaching and research including the Best Paper Award from the Reputation Institute Annual Conference, chaired the dissertation winning the Best Dissertation Award from the Oxford University Corporate Reputation Centre, and the Sage Best Publication Award. Reger’s research interests include strategic management and entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Organizational Research Methods, Journal of Management, and Journal of Management Studies, among other prestigious academic publications. She is the Doctoral Studies Director in the Management Department at UT, and the Director of Research for the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She previously held faculty positions at the University of Maryland, Arizona State University and the University of Illinois-Chicago. She earned M.B.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois, and a B.B.A. degree from Texas A&M University.
